Bicycle Rental Terms and Conditions

1.    Upon Rental, the hirer is required to produce his/her Singapore Identity Card for registration. Other forms of identification, which is recognized by the company, will be safe-keep by us until the return of the bike.
Otherwise, a cash Deposit is required which is refundable upon return of bike.

2.    While every attempt is made to ensure that all bicycles are rented out in good working condition, the hirer is advised to check this before leaving the bicycle station.

3.    The hirer is permitted to ride the bicycle along the cycling track in East Coast Park, the Eastern Coastal Park Connector Network (PCN) and not anywhere else.

4.    The operator reserves the right to refuse the hiring of bicycles or to extend the time of the hiring of his bicycle if, in the opinion of the operator the hirer has misused the bicycle or violated any of the conditions herein. The hirer shall not be entitled to any refund in such cases.

5.    The hirer rides the bicycle at his/her own risk and the company shall not be held responsible for injury or loss incurred.

6.    The hirer is responsible for any damage to the bicycle and the cost of replacement. For lost bikes, hirer is required to pay a fee of $150.00.

7.    The hirer is advised to apply two brakes at the same time or else the rear tyre will wear off.

8.    Overtime Surcharge – same as normal rates.

9.    Exceed 15 minutes will be considered as one hour.

10.     Sea water should not be found on the bicycle or the bicycle is considered sold to the hirer at the original price.

11.     Hirers in wet attire will not be entertained.

12.     Rental is not Refundable and Exchangeable.

In-line Skate Rental Terms and Conditions

     Otherwise, a cash deposit is required which is refundable upon return of skates.

2.    While every attempt is made to ensure that all skates are rented out in good working condition, the hirer is advised to check this before leaving the skate station.

3.    The operator reserves the right to refuse the hiring of skates or to extend the time of the hiring of his skates if, in the opinion of the operator, the hirer has misused the skates or violated any of the conditions herein. The hirer shall not be entitled to any refund in such cases.

4.    The hirer skates at his/her own risk and the company shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss incurred.

5.    The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the skate and the cost of replacement. The hirer is required to pay a fee of $100.00.
